Benghazi - Who told General Ham to “Stand Down”, and why Retire" By John Griffing www.greeleygazette.com on Nov 5 and 17, 2012

Just exactly whatGeneral Carter Ham happened in Benghazi, Libya, in a terror attack that left four Americans dead, is the subject of heated national discussion—especially now that elections are complete. A critical concern is “WHO issued a Stand-Down" Order under which help was not dispatched and lead to the death of our four Americans under attack from AL-Qaida.

Now apparently one person who would be in a position to offer details, is Gen. Carter Ham, has allegedly made the decision to "retire."

Already uncovered in the controversy is how there had been pleas for more security for the Americans in that location, how forces who were nearby could have responded, and how there were orders stopping that from happening.

So far the main players have given their statements, and they all “made up” facts to fit the situation so none of them could be blamed. Now Gen. Carter Ham is the ONLY person who KNOWS who told HIM not to send planes and troops but to “Stand-Down”. An order of this magnitude had to come from the White House Situation Room. Fox News reported less than a week after the attack, that Obama, Biden, Hillary and Panetta were all there when the video news of the attack came in. The order to stand-down in this kind of situation is the same as to order their execution, which is punishable by Treason or at least Impeachment. Someone needs to get a video of the signing of his sworn statement in writing from General Carter Ham who is not a politician.

This type of inditement on President Obama has to be handled properly instead of going up the chain of command, ie like Eric Holder and “Fast and Furious” and going nowhere.

Remember most of the Media is on Obama's side. I think some Judge needs to get involved, so when this sworn statement comes out, all of our ducks are in a roll and the case goes straight to court without being TRIED in the press.

If it has to go to Impeachment there is list of over 150 reasons why, starting with no Real Birth Certificate.

If you know of some seriously private people who can and are will to get involved to take this to Treason first or at least Impeachment.

Cmdr. Ryan Zinke, with your knowledge and experience as a Navy Seal, if you can put together a team of legal and professional serious Americans. I and a few others would be willing to help pay the cost to make this happen.

A Serious America,

Art GaNung

What is stopping General Carter Ham from stepping forward and making public what he knows? He is retired. He was US Military most of his life. Based on what we know, he loves his country. So why not step forth and volunteer the information? Is he under some pressure, such as losing a pension? Or is he afraid for his very life? Is there another reason? We will enthusiastically support those Americans who believe in our founding Constitution but only IF they will not be afraid to speak truthfully and openly.

If anyone in our government is guilty of TREASON, then it is imperative that they are exposed, tried and sentenced to the most harsh penalty allowed under the law. Anyone who has knowledge of that, and withholds the information is complicit in this writer's opinion.Let's have General Carter Ham speak. And when he does, there will be "all the money you need" to elect patriots and return this Country to the principles upon which it was founded.
